The pavilion is a private area for use by Canongate Village HOA homeowners and their families only, and is not intended for general public use.
A key for the gate to the pavilion and boat landing is required for vehicle access. For information on how to obtain a key to the gate click here.
While reservations are not required to use the shelter area of the pavilion and the concrete tables, the kitchen and bathroom are open and available for use only with a reservation and a signed rental agreement, otherwise these areas remain locked at all times.
Please note: A reserved party or event will take precedence over a non-reserved party so it is strongly advised to check the availability prior to your party. A homeowner with an unapproved party will be required to vacate the area for the homeowner with the reservation.
The pavilion can be reserved by any Canongate Village Homeowner, (in good standing), for parties or special events for a $50.00 refundable fee.
