4th of July
Due to the Pavilion not being completed by the 4th, the Board has decided to postpone the fireworks. Upon the completion of all work on the Pavilion, the HOA will have an open house celebration which will include fireworks and other festivities. Please watch for updates about this event. Enjoy the 4th and stay safe!
Pavilion remodel
Work on the pavilion is expected to start the week of May first. Please stay clear of the pavilion during this time. The boat ramp will remain open for loading and unloading boats. Please do not park or drive on the grass near the landing.
Recent Hailstorm damage
The HOA and ACC realize most homes had damage to the roofs and gutters from the recent hailstorm. They also realize that most of the roofs and gutters will need to be replaced.
In an effort to help homeowners with this process, the HOA and ACC have agreed to temporarily forgo the requirement of ACC approval prior to replacing your roof and gutters as long as you will not be changing the color of either the shingles or the gutters.
If you do plan to change the color of either the shingles and the gutters, you will need prior approval. A special Roofing and Gutter Change Request form has been created for this purpose. (see below)
When submitting this form please include the following:
If you have any questions about this process, please contact Sharon Kadlick, ACC Chairperson, 678-633-9888.
