• The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday in April each year..
• Association dues are due each year on October 1.
• Minors are not permitted in the Pavilion area or on the Lake without adult supervision. 
• Please clean up after your dog!
• Speed limit is 25 MPH throughout Canongate Village. 
• No gasoline engines allowed on the lake.
• Please be sure to move your boat trailer off the boat ramp after launching your boat into the lake.
