The gate to the pavilion and boat landing is to remain closed and locked at all times, unless there is a reserved event in progress.

- You will be required to show proof of residence before you receive your key.
- Only the homeowner or other adult resident family member may pick up the key.
- There is no charge for the key, but there is a $5.00 replacement fee.
- Please do not give or let minors use the key for access to the Lake/Pavilion.
- Keys will be forfeited and will not be replaced for a period of one year if your unattended minor is at the Pavilion in possession of the key you have been assigned.
